Cool off in the evening with a dip in the trout-stocked pond! Enjoy off-the-grid amenities such as solar lighting, grilling, and relaxation under the pavilion.  Close by are the trout waters of the East Fork and public access to the French Broad Paddle trails.

This property is minutes away from the Asheville airport (AVX), a short drive from Atlanta, and also is close to the TRI-CITIES (TRI) airport (1.45-hour drive), and Knoxville (TYS).
